Sean Sette -a multi-faceted luxury hospitality professional with a passion for a healthy lifestyle. His attention to detail and industry experience are respected by his peers as the key to success of his projects. He offers nearly 20 years of experience working towards developing successful brands such as Hilton, Brinker International, Chocolate Bar, STK, Bagatelle, Gansevoort, and now the critically acclaimed Matthew Kenney Cuisine. He has proven to be an invaluable asset to imaginative and ambitious companies including his own in New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Miami. Sean dreams of developing a culture with unlimited growth within the culinary lifestyle marketplace, and is committed to building a company that serves to improve the world through health and culinary art. Both personally and professionally, he believes in creating health from the inside out, while still embracing the magical moment we have all come to know as a "dining experience." Growing up in the Northern Nevada, he was blessed by the surroundings of Lake Tahoe. Enjoying, as well as respecting nature, was part of his upbringing. He attributes his competitive love for outdoor adventures and team sports to having the strong mindset to always push on. As a competitive athlete, Sean learned at a young age what proper nutrition could do to help attain goals and assist in the recovery time, which is crucial to an athlete and a business professional. Sean believes there is nothing as gratifying as giving the gift of health. Combining his love for hospitality with a focus on a healthy lifestyle has always been the match he wanted to achieve. Today, Sean Sette balances his time working endless hours in the luxury hospitality industry, helping our youth understand proper nutrition and fitness at the Boys and Girls club, pushing all boundaries at a nearby crossfit box, and trail runs with his favorite running partner "Cheerio," his five year old white lab.
